3 tbsp olive oil
2 medium yellow onions, thinly sliced lengthwise
1 green pepper, diced
3 tsp Mecca Rice and Meat
1 1/4 tsp ground turmeric
1 tsp ground cumin
4 tsp garlic, minced
1 tbsp chopped ginger
2 plum tomatoes, cored and finely chopped
2.5 cups water, vegetable, or seafood stock
2 lb. jumbo wild shrimp, cleaned
3 tbsp. finely chopped parsley
3 tbsp. finely chopped cilantro
