Spice Tree Organics was started by two health conscious, NYC moms with a passion for bold flavor and global cuisine. To avoid the additives, colors, and byproducts in conventional spices, we began making our own international spice blends at home, and found them to be tastier and more authentic than what was available in stores! We source the highest quality organic spices, grind them, and hand blend them in small batches so that you receive them at the peak of freshness. Our blends are salt free and gluten free, so you can rest easy no matter what your diet may be. Aside from exceptional flavor, we believe organic spices are transformative, not only giving your food exceptional flavor, but boosting your health in the process.
About Our Blends:
We are proud to offer a robust line of 21 handcrafted spice blends spanning 8 regions of the earth. Each of our blends begins with a recipe tried, tested, and perfected in our kitchens for years, or an heirloom family recipe passed on from friends to us. We make sure our global blends are as authentic and delicious as the food we ate in our friends’ homes and at their tables growing up. Additionally, we make sure to donate 2.5% annually to grassroots relief efforts in communities and countries whose cuisines inspire our blends. To date, we’ve donated to natural disaster relief in Puerto Rico and Lebanon, to Rohingyan migrant assistance in Bangladesh, to famine relief in Yemen, and to Syrian refugee assistance here in the US.
