We serve this one up at every in person event that we do and usually go through two containers of labne because of all the dipping! Lebne is readily available at most supermarkets with international products and is amazing for your stomach health because it is packed with probiotics! Healthy and delicious - DIP AWAY!
INDREDIENTS
8oz of Labne/Strained Kefir Cheese
Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 -2 Tbs of Spice Tree Organics Beiruti Za'atar
A few Kalamata olives (optional)
METHOD
Spread the labne in a thin smooth layer in a plate. Drizzle a thin layer of olive oil on top of the labne and move plate around to be sure it is evenly distributed. Sprinke za'atar on top of the labne. Place olives on top in the center to make pretty. Enjoy alongside pita bread, pita chips, crackers, pretzels ... pretty much anything!
